Quipo events

We organise two main sets of bimonthly events. The first is a series of social and professional gatherings that we have named ‘Pint of FinTech’, after ‘Pint of Science’. As you might imagine, this involves hiring a room at our local pub, sharing a pint, and listening to an informal but insightful presentation by an invited speaker on an aspect of financial technology and the banking industry. There is then the chance to discuss the issues raised and ask questions in a relaxed environment.

The second takes the form of round table debates on collateral technology and delivery practice, which give consultants and clients the chance to deliberate about what works, the state of current practice, and what is changing.

These discussions will then form the basis for constructive blog entries, and later full-length articles.
